My career began outside the tech world — as a plumber — where I honed hands-on skills and developed a sharp problem-solving mindset through designing efficient water systems and troubleshooting complex issues. My transition into tech started with a desire to become my own boss. I turned to Shopify and learned how to build websites from the ground up — picking up design, layout, and the fundamentals of the digital craft that now power every Turbo Toggle site I build.

That passion truly came alive when I met a local business owner eager to grow but lacking tech skills. I devoted my time to helping him by creating a Google Business Profile and developing a professional website, making his business accessible to new customers. Seeing that impact firsthand solidified my mission: to leverage technology to uplift small businesses and help them thrive in today's digital economy.

4 Years in the Plumbing Trades
